Cynthia Thomas, Employee Extraordinaire!

I would like to express my gratitude to Cynthia Thomas at the RMH Lobby pharmacy.  I was filling a new prescription for the first time (with my brand new Carilion insurance policy) and Cynthia was outlining my patient co-pays.   She took a second look at one of the medications and said, "Wait a moment.  You don't want to buy this now."  Cynthia went on to explain that the manufacturer of this particular drug offers a "copay card" on their web site.  Sign up for the program and, in my case, the $35.00 monthly fee is waived for a year.  I took her advice, signed up and printed my card in less than five minutes.  I will save $420.00 this year thanks to Cynthia.  I am very grateful for her knowledge and her willingness to go the extra mile for me.  THANK YOU CYNTHIA; I appreciate you!
