CTCH Bee Award Winner - Shanay McDonald

Congratulations to Shanay McDonald on receiving the first BEE Award at CTCH!  Shanay was nominated by a peer for her courage and commitment to our patients and team during a winter storm in February. 

 Her peer wrote:  "This week the Tazewell area got hit with snow and ice.  It was Shanay's day to work, and she knew there was a house full of patients.  Most would have stayed at home after sliding out of their driveway into one's yard.  Shanay started walking and nearly got to the hospital when Maintenance team found out and picked her up.  Shanay did not let her team members down."
