CSJH Staff Works Together Effectively To Ensure Patient Safety Following Fire/Water Damage

On June 12, 2019 at approximately 7:30 P.M. a small fire occurred in the copy room in the Administrative Suite at CSJH.  Thankfully, the Sprinkler system worked appropriately to contain the fire immediately and multiple local Fire Departments responded swiftly and did an outstanding job of extinguishing the fire before any large fire damage resulted.  However, both water and smoke damage are present throughout the facility and cleanup/restoration will continue for an extended period of time.  The entire staff at CSJH along with local emergency personnel, Carilion support, and the local community have worked diligently together to ensure that general operations have continued and that patient safety has remained of utmost importance and intact.  The teamwork has been outstanding.  CSJH will continue to operate efficiently to ensure that we are here to adequately support our community!
