Congratulations to Delores Jones, aka "Tweety" on winning the BEE Award for October 2023!

THe BEE Award was established to recognize our outstanding ancillary staff for the amazing job they do every day to help our patients and families.  Delores or "Tweety", as she is affectionately called, is one of our most nominated Patient Care Techs.  Please read the story below to understand why!!

I lost my right leg in a truck accident. My mother stood by my side with every room I moved to and never left my side, day and night. In October, I got assigned to another room. Which I sadly had to find out that there weren't any showers in this room. Every other room my mom and I went to had working showers except for this one, which made it both stressful for her and I.......until we met Ms. Tweety. She was to get my mother a room to take a shower in. After being stuck here for over a week by my side, my mother also had dirty laundry. Which Ms. Tweety was able to take and get clean. Ms. Tweety went above and beyond to help my mother stay calm, clean and relaxed. Ms. Tweety used her experience to help make my mother and I life easier and I will be forever grateful for Ms. Tweety.
