Launched in 2024, Carilion’s outpatient/ambulatory departments is proud to present our 1st quarter 2025 recognition awards:

The DAISY Award for exceptional nurses: Terry Barbour, LPN, Surgery

The BEE (Being Excellent Everyday) Award for support staff: Ree Elder, Certified Medical Assistant, Neurology

The Sunshine Award for extraordinary providers: Dr. Kenneth Viar, Neurology
