Commitment! Cathy Fisher retires after 41 years with Carilion Clinic

Please join me in congratulating Cathy Fisher on her retirement after 41 Years with Carilion Clinic.  Cathy joined Carilion in 1979 as a staff nurse in the CCU/ICU.  Cathy served in various roles including Critical Care Manager, HR Consultant for CVI (and other service lines), Senior Director for CVI inpatient services and finishing her career as Senior Director for CVI Quality.  Cathy is especially proud of her involvement in the planning and construction of the South Tower, and in being part of the multiple accreditation and quality awards received by our Carilion Clinic Cardiovascular Institute.  Cathy celebrated with co-workers old and new with a WebEx party ... and the biggest smile coming from her husband Mike Fisher.  Congratulations and "thank you" for your COMMITMENT on a career well done!
