CMAP Displaying Carilion's Standards of Care

Medication co-pays can be a tough subject when brought up to patients but Pam Holcomb was a blessing behind the scenes. She worked diligently with Amy Whichello to have all of the patients prescriptions sent to the Lobby Pharmacy so that co-pay cards could be applied. This ended up saving the patient over $900!!! Hearing the excitement in Pam's voice as each co-pay card lowered the total cost of the medications was encouraging to hear. Her dedication to helping patients is a true definition of what Carilion is all about. Thank you for all of your hard work locating resources to help assist patients.
