CLABSI FREE FOR A YEAR

The last couple of Fridays we have been celebrating units that have been CLABSI free for 1 year or longer.

CLABSIs financial cost per patient is about $48000. Patients will have a longer hospital stay, increased morbidity and mortality. Being CLABSI free for our patients means they are able do the things that brings meaning to their lives, more quality time with their families and doing the things they enjoy!

This is an amazing accomplishment! Join me in congratulating the following units on being CLABSI free for a whole year.
