CFMH Preparathon/Safety Soiree

As part of our Safety Culture at CFMH, our staff, led by Betty Underwood, (Safety/Emergency Management), conducted a Preparathon, safety soiree. There were pumpkin carving competitions, a Haunted Safety Trail, Infection Prevention had a "Caught Red Handed" display, there was a booth covering over the counter medication safety, Forensics provided information about Public Health Awareness, Fire Safety demonstrations were offered as well as PASS training, Med Sled training. You name it, it was there. The emergency department leadership even provided awareness and demonstrations that involved the hazmat tent.
