Celebrating World Hand Hygiene Day with Paddy the Frog!

Paddy the Frog and friends from Infection Prevention & Control Department made their rounds today at CRMH to celebrate World Hand Hygiene Day coming up on May 5th! They also passed out some hand hygiene goodies to spread the love of good hand washing!

Hand hygiene is the cornerstone of infection prevention and clean hands, saves lives!!! Adequate hand hygiene prevents serious infection such as C. Auris and other multi-drug resistant organisms (MDROs) and is an important step in keeping our patients safe!
