Carilion Clinic five C's =Calvin!!!

Calvin Ziegler has been with the Carilion Department of Mental Health for five years. He works as an admissions facilitator for Connect and fields hundreds of direct calls for the department weekly. He exhibits compassionate care with his warm and friendly voice when he answers the Connect line. He does numerous statewide bed searches upon patient request to expedite throughput. Calvin works well under pressure and is able to multi-task in stressful situations. Calvin has a good self of humor and is able to help our team get through the day with his one liners. Calvin is a valued team member within our department !!!
