Advance Care Planning Program gains 3 new Senior Instructors and recognition

I would like to recognize Wendy Davis (Quality Improvement Facilitator), Nicole Bailey (Clinical Social Worker Home Health), and Stephanie Noel-Branch (Clinical Coordinator Advanced Illness Program). They have achieved Senior Instructor Status with Respecting Choices a national program that we utilize to teach Advance Care Planning for Carilion. There are only 4 people with this status in Virginia and we are lucky to have 3 here at Carilion. Our program was also recognized by the national program Respecting Choices. We are proud to represent Carilion through our work with Advance Care Planning.
