Above and Beyond

Valerie Horton at Floyd Family Practice is awesome. She went above and beyond to try and get records from an outside facility that dated 17 years ago. Over the span of about a month, there was a lot of back and forth from this other facility causing delays and kinks in obtaining these records. She never let up and never forgot to stay on top of this for the patient. Her continuous dedication to her job and advocacy for her patients makes her one of the best Carilion has on their team.
