above and beyond

June with Carilion Police went above her job duty to help the breast care center staff find a way to get a non English speaking patient a way to get home after being dropped off for her appt.  Patient through the interpreter  stated she had no idea how to get back home, who to contact or way to communicate with anyone.  The number on the card she had was a non working number.  June stated her department was unable to take the patient home, but went out of her way to contact other departments to see if there was a way to get her transportation and vouchers to pay. Thanks June,  for being diligent until this issue was resolved.
