A huge thanks to Mary Gill - Case Management

I just wanted to thank Mary Gill, RN in Case Management for such quick action on a patient needing a transfer tonight! When I called to get a better understanding of when this all would occur, I think I surprised Mary with news of this patient transfer. However, she picked up the ball and ran it in for a touchdown! Within an hour resources had been arranged and the patient was going to where they needed to be to continue their care. 

Your hard work on this showed that you are a rock star! I can't thank you enough for all of your effort on this! :-)
