9M ICU – Saves the Day

Kayla Frantz RN UD and her wonderful 9M ICU team had a great catch this week! Kayla reached out when her team spoke up because they thought there was a change with the OR Services CWS trackers/tags. They believed that these CWS trackers/tags were no longer disposable. This was true! This led to a larger investigation and communication to ensure these trackers/tags are kept in service and used for our future surgical patients. Way to go Kayla and your entire 9M ICU team for having the courage to speak up! Surgical Services appreciates all of you. 😊
