2 7SICU nurses to present posters for 2021 Inova Nursing Research and Evidence Based Practice Symposium

Despite COVID limitations two 7SICU nurses Becky Dampeer CTL, RN, BSN, CCRN, CFRN, and Katie Hayes, Preceptor, BSN, RN IV, CCRN were accepted to present their poster presentation for the 2021 Inova Nursing Research and Evidence Based Practice Symposium. Becky's presentation is on Implementing Healthy Work Environment Strategies and Katie Hayes's presentation is on Time is of the Essence: Decreasing Unplanned Extubations in Critical Care. We are very proud of our two nurses for their hard work and dedication to improve patient care!
