WeightWatchers® Update - September 2026

We want to share an important update regarding Carilion's wellness offerings. As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure we are providing the most effective health and well-being resources for our workforce, our WeightWatchers partnership will end effective Thursday, Oct. 1.
We recognize that you may have benefited from WeightWatchers, and we appreciate your commitment toward improving your health and well-being. If you are interested in keeping your WW membership, Weight Watchers is extending special monthly pricing of $18. To continue the service, you will need to update your payment information in your Weight Watchers Account Settings as soon as possible to keep your subscription active and avoid cancellation. Beginning on your next billing cycle, you will be billed a monthly rate of $18, plus applicable state and local sales tax. If you need assistance, the Weight Watchers Member Services team is happy to help at 1-800-651-6000.
This change is part of our broader strategy to support employees seeking to improve their health. Our Wellness at Work team is expanding support available to employees through more personalized resources that provide practical guidance, encouragement, and accountability. In the coming months, employees will have access to professional coaching and counseling focused on healthy eating, physical activity, and sustainable lifestyle changes that support long-term well-being.
Thank you for your engagement in Carilion's wellness programs and for allowing us to be part of your health journey.
