CME

Q. Is there a way to track CME time in UKG Pro? If so, how (i.e. tracking codes, work rules, etc.)? 

A. CME time would be a work rule transfer and they can use Training, AWH or Orientation that is attached to the schedule .  They should always use a comment to note it is CME.

Expense Reports

Q. Can physicians delegate others to complete expense reports on their behalf?

A. Yes. They will be able to delegate this task in Workday, and there will be a job aid to explain how. 

We will also provide a video showing how to use Workday mobile to complete an expense report. The process is faster and easier than the desktop version. We would ask physicians to review the information before firmly deciding to delegate this task.

Schedule and Time Off

Q. Will physicians need a schedule in UKG? 

A. Yes, all employed physicians need a schedule in UKG as do other Carilion employees.

Q. Will physicians track their time off in UKG?

A. No. The folks who support physicians will continue to track their time off in the Excel spreadsheets or other methods they use today.
