April's Contest: Apr 24 - May 18

How to win

1. Watch the On-track with Workday episode of Trevon and Alexis Tell Us What's Up with Nexus to learn more about how and why Workday operates differently than our current software. The video is six minutes long.
2. Complete the April entry form. You'll answer three questions about what you saw in the video.
3. On May 19, we will draw three random winners from the entries with the correct answers. You must answer all the questions correctly to qualify for the drawing.
4. Each winner will receive a digital gift card entitling six people to a 1-hour session at Blue Ridge Axe Throwing. They have locations in Roanoke, Blacksburg and Harrisonburg.

What if I don't want this prize?

If lumberjacking is not for you:

• You should still enter the contest. You must enter all six monthly contests to be eligible to participate in the Grand Prize drawing.
• You can give this gift to another Carilion employee and become the best work friend ever.
• You can decline the prize, and we will randomly select another contestant to win it.

Contest Rules

• Contests are only open to Carilion Clinic employees.
• You must follow the rules for each contest to be eligible to win a monthly prize.
• Only participants of all 6 monthly contests are eligible to participate in the grand prize drawing.
• All prizes are subject to taxation.
