The Nexus Employee Experience survey is open Tuesday, Dec. 2 – Tuesday, Dec. 16. 

As we continue our journey with the new Nexus tools—Workday, UKG Pro, and Employee Center—we want to ensure every voice is heard and every experience counts.

Major changes, such as our transition to these innovative tools, require time for everyone to adapt and develop confidence. That’s why your feedback on this anonymous survey is so valuable. By participating in this survey, you’ll help us:

• Understand how confident you and your colleagues are feeling in using Workday, UKG Pro, and Employee Center.
• Identify areas where additional training, job aids, or communications may be helpful to support your success.
• Pinpoint which features are making your daily work easier and which ones need more attention or improvement.
• Shape the timing and priorities for future enhancements.

What to Expect

The survey will provide a baseline, or foundation for your experience with these new platforms post go live, allowing us to track progress and spot trends as everyone becomes more familiar with the tools. We’ll be conducting several rounds of surveys over the next several months. After each survey, we’ll share results and next steps so you can stay informed and see how your input is driving positive change.
