What To Know About Your 2025 FSA Funds

If you participated in our healthcare or dependent care flexible spending accounts (FSA) last year, you have until Sunday, March 15, 2026, to spend 2025 unused FSA funds.

You have until Tuesday, March 31, 2026 to submit claims that incurred on or before March 15, 2026.

Optum Financial will use remaining funds from 2025 before using 2026 funds, so you can spend your unused 2025 balance before you have to tap into your 2026 funds.

If you don't know your balance on 2025 funds, create an online account to view it:

  • Visit Optum Financial's website. 
  • From the Employee drop-down box, select New User Registration. Follow the prompts to create an online account.
