We’re Growing! Carilion Children’s Expands in Lexington
We are enhancing the level of care we offer our youngest patients in Lexington and its surrounding communities.
Starting Monday, Jan. 19, Carilion Children’s Pediatric Medicine – Lexington will see patients at our new location at 146 South Main Street, Lexington. A ribbon cutting ceremony for the new space—which was intentionally designed to meet pediatric patient needs—was held Thursday, Jan. 15.
Funded by Children's Miracle Network, the 2,433 square-foot space includes 5 exam rooms, color and art throughout the practice and kid-friendly office spaces meant for more personal interactions.
The practice will offer comprehensive pediatric services including newborn care, preventive care, wellness visits, growth and development monitoring, medication management, and treatment of mild trauma. The team will collaborate closely with specialists and community partners to ensure coordinated, family-centered care. The clinic is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
