VIDEO: How We're Using Technology To Help Build the Crystal Spring Tower

Submitted by abshaver on

Our general contractors at the Crystal Spring Tower site are using innovative technology as part of the construction process.

Some examples are:

  • Virtual reality mock-ups of hospital rooms and operating rooms provided a way for clinicians to give feedback.
  • 3-D, mobile building information modeling (BIM) helps trade partners coordinate their work.
  • Drone cameras help the team plan logistics, conduct quality inspections and track progress.
