UPDATE: Apparel Item Pickup Times Are Being Scheduled

If you chose McClanahan Street as your pickup location when you ordered your item, designated pickup days and times have been added below. If you chose another location, you will be contacted about pickup. You will only be able to pick up your item at the location you selected.

  • Wednesday, Aug. 4, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
  • Thursday, Aug. 5, 3 – 6 p.m.
  • Wednesday, Aug. 11, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

• CRCH, outside front entrance
  • Friday, July 16, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.

• CRMH:
  • Thursday, July 22, 11 a.m. – 3 p.m., boardroom on 1 South
  • Friday, July 23, 1 – 4 p.m., boardroom on 1 South
  • Monday, July 26, 11 a.m. – 3 p.m., boardroom on 1 South
  • Tuesday, July 27, 5 – 9 p.m., boardroom on 1 South
  • Thursday, July 29, 5 – 8 p.m., 1 South small conference room (next to large boardroom)
  • Friday, July 30, 9 a.m. - noon, 1 South small conference room (next to large boardroom)

• Rehab/CSMOB, back entrance to Rehab/entrance to CSMOB parking garage
  • Monday, July 19, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.

*If you are unable to pick up your item during these times, please ask a coworker or manager to pick your item up for you.

Important information:

• Apparel items cannot be switched or exchanged for another size. The employees who will be on site to hand out apparel items will have a list of who ordered what item, and in what size, and they will not be able to make changes to your original order.
• Due to inventory limitations, apparel items cannot be given to employees who did not place an order.
