UKG Advanced Schedule Change

The next UKG advanced schedule timeframe will be shortened to 4 weeks instead of 6 weeks to avoid overlap between the current UKG system and the UKG Pro Workforce system that is going live on Sept. 21. Here are key dates to keep in mind:

• Aug. 26 - Sept. 1: Employee sign up opens for the Oct. 5 - Nov. 1 schedule period
• Sept. 2 - 15: Manager balance
• Sept. 16: Schedule post for the Oct. 5 - Nov. 1 schedule period
• Oct. 5 - Nov. 1: Schedule period
