Check Out the 2025 Employee Art Show

—The 2025 Employee Art Show opened Friday, April 18 with a reception and awards ceremony in the south lobby of CRMH. 

All Carilion employees, volunteers, retirees and immediate family members were invited to participate and compete for cash prizes. 

Centered on the theme, “Bridging Healing,” representing the connections built in the process of healing between patients and healthcare workers, family members or within the community, art is being publicly displayed in the CRMH lobby atrium through May 10. 

The Employee Art Show is an initiative of the Dr. Robert L.A. Keeley Healing Arts Program in partnership with The National Arts Program®. 

This year, we had two sets of awards—National Arts Program Awards and the Community Impact Awards.

National Arts Program Awards

Adult—Amateur

  • First Place: “The Priest” by Robert Taylor, employee, Imaging, CRMH
  • Second Place: “Starry Night Roanoke 1” by Kathy Smith, employee, Graduate Medical Education
