Thank You for Voting! Your Business Resource Groups Are...

Last month we told you about our new Diversity and Inclusion Employee Model and invited you to vote on four of seven Business Resource Groups (BRG) that you would like to see rolled out over the next year.

Thank you for sharing your voice! Your votes have been tallied, and these are the four BRGs you selected:

• Multi-cultural BRG
• Disability Advocates BRG
• Veterans BRG
• Women Professionals BRG

What Now?

Apply to become a BRG member! Even if you didn’t vote, you can still apply for BRG membership on any of the four selected BRGs. For example, you don’t have to be a veteran to be a member of the Veteran BRG—you just need a passion for helping veterans.

And don't worry if your BRG wasn't selected this time around, we plan to add more in the future.

BRG membership is another chance for you to participate and inspire change within our organization. As a member, you will be part of an employee group where you will meet other employees who share your interests and have a passion for diversity and inclusion. You will also have opportunities for professional development.

Each BRG has a different focus and will work together and with the Inclusion Council—their governing body—to help us achieve our goals. BRGs don't replace diversity efforts already underway; they are an expansion of all the wonderful work that's already in progress.

To apply to become a BRG member, simply complete the application webform by Nov. 2. Be sure to review the criteria for becoming a BRG member and required time commitment before you apply.
