In today's world, many of us live with constant information overload. Each day is filled with too many words, videos, memes, distractions, and on and on. It's hard for our brains to keep up and know what information stays and what can go, but as healthcare professionals and Carilion employees, we're responsible for knowing quite a bit.  

To help you know more, with less, we are on a quest to "reduce the noise" and communicate with you better! Help us give you the information you need the way you want it. Take the Employee Communications survey by Friday, May 31!

Why Take the Survey?

Your participation is vital to helping us improve how we share information with you and will help us learn: 

• What information you need and want
• How and when you want to receive information
• What we're doing well and where we could do better

What to Know 

• The survey is quick and easy — it only takes about five minutes to complete!
• To keep your answers confidential, a third party conducts the survey using Pollfish.  
• There will be random prize drawings for individuals who complete the survey; learn more about the prizes next week on Inside Carilion! The prize drawing form is separate from the survey to keep your survey responses confidential.
