Tanglewood Power Disruption

A power disruption is impacting Carilion's Tanglewood-based clinics. Appalachian Power is on-site to address the issue. 

Children's, ENT and Dentistry are not reporting impacts.

Other Tanglewood practices are reporting impacts:

• Mental Health's power is disrupted. Teams are coordinating with scheduled patients, rescheduling or switching to virtual care as much as possible. If patients need to reach out, they are encouraged to do so via MyChart. 
• The Specialty Pharmacy is on generator power with minimal service disruptions. Their call center, however, is offline. To get in touch, use their main line: 540-772-8700. Note that there might be delays given the limited call capacity. 
• HR's power is disrupted, and teams have shifted to remote work as needed.
