1. Our free mobile app or portal give you 24/7 access to manage your medications from your computer or phone any time—from home or on the go. To get started, visit the Retail Pharmacy website at CarilionClinic.org/retail-pharmacy. 
   
   After you download the app or register for the portal, you will be able to:
    
   • Refill or renew prescriptions
   • View your prescription history (portal only)
   • Manage payments
   • Choose pickup or delivery options
      
2. Quickly manage your prescriptions by phone/text message. Give us a call to sign up for our text option. Find your pharmacy’s phone number on the Retail Pharmacy website at CarilionClinic.org/retail-pharmacy. 
   
   Once you sign up for text options, you will be able to:
    
   • Use the interactive voice response (IVR) to request refills via phone calls
   • Check real-time prescription status (ready for refill, no refills, too soon and expired) 
     If your prescription has expired, you can request the pharmacy to contact your doctor.
   • Sign up for pick-up alerts, refill reminders or automatic refills
