Your voice matters—and we want to hear it! The RN Survey takes place Monday, Jan. 12 through Monday, Feb. 9. All eligible nurses are strongly encouraged to participate.
This survey is an important opportunity to share your experiences, perspectives, and ideas. Your feedback helps guide improvements that support our nurses and strengthen our organization.
Participation is highly encouraged and greatly appreciated, and the survey is designed to be easy to access and complete.
How to Access the Survey
You will receive a unique, personalized survey link from Press Ganey, our trusted survey partner.
You can access the survey in the following ways:
- Email: Look for a personalized email from Press Ganey. If you don’t see it in your focused inbox, please check your Other or Junk folder, as the message may have landed there.
- Text Message: If you have a Carilion-issued clinical device, you will also receive a text message containing your unique survey link.
- QR Code: A survey QR code will be available. To access the survey using the QR code, you will need your 6-digit employee ID number, located on the back of your badge. Please omit any leading zeros when entering your ID.
Important: The survey link is unique to you and cannot be forwarded to others.
