No matter your age or fitness ability, our trainers can help you find your strength at Carilion Wellness. 

Did you know that we offer more than 300 in-person and virtual classes per week? Have you tried water aerobics in our indoor pool, or pickleball on our new indoor courts?  

To celebrate the new year, become a member at our Botetourt or Roanoke Wellness locations by Jan. 31 and pay only the $25 initiation fee.  

As always, full-time Carilion employees receive 40% off monthly dues. For flex-time and part-time employees, please call 540-989-5758 to discuss your options for discounted dues. 

Additional perks include: 

  • Free childcare for children 8 weeks and older 
  • Free towel service at both locations 
  • No long-term contracts
