New Bike Corral at CRMH Offers Secure Employee Parking

Carilion Clinic employees who bike to work now have a secure place to park their bicycles at CRMH.

The new Bike Corral, located in the Crystal Spring Tower parking garage, provides dedicated, badge-accessible bicycle parking for employees. The facility supports our ongoing efforts to promote employee wellness, active transportation, and sustainable commuting.

With CRMH located near the Roanoke River Greenway, the new parking area offers a convenient option for employees who already bike to work or are considering making the switch.

The Bike Corral was developed in partnership with Cardinal Bicycle, which provided funding, expertise, and guidance through the process.

How to Access the Bike Corral

The Bike Corral is reserved for Carilion employees parking their bicycles while working at CRMH.

To request badge access, email securitydooraccess@carilionclinic.org and specify that you would like access to the "CRMH Bike Corral."

The designated parking area provides a protected space for bicycles and helps address a common concern among bike commuters: finding secure parking during the workday.
