Microsoft Teams Has Updated Camera/Audio Settings
Last week we began rolling out some updates that Microsoft made to the Teams meeting experience.
When you click the link to join a meeting, Teams will ask you to choose from a list of video and audio options before you join the meeting. You will see a screen that looks like this:

The options are:
- Camera: Toggle the button under the camera view to choose whether you want the camera on or off.
- Computer audio: Select this option to use either computer or headset audio (the default choice is computer audio).
- Phone audio: Select this option if you want to use your phone (rather than the computer) for audio. You can choose to call the meeting using the dial-in number or you can choose for the meeting call you on your phone.
- Room audio: This option is not available to us (it requires a Teams room system).
- Don't use audio: Select this option if you want to turn off the sound for the meeting.
