Improving Health Across the Map: Our Community Health Impact Report Is Out

Submitted by ayshoemaker on

As a not-for-profit healthcare organization, we are mission-driven to give back to our community. Each year, we make significant investments in programs to improve our region’s health and economic vitality.

You can see the results of this work in our latest Community Health Impact Report (.pdf).

The report highlights the significant partnerships and investments we made in 2023-2024 to integrate community resources into the care we deliver, improve access to primary and mental health care, food security, environmental sustainability and more.

As a companion to our other annual reports, this publication focuses on work led by our Community Health and Development team to cultivate a culture of health and equity across our region. The work is guided by the findings of our triennial Community Health Assessments—that identify our region’s strengths and opportunities to address our most pressing health needs.
