Our Referral Rewards program is an investment in the recruitment of quality candidates—and an opportunity for you to be involved in that recruitment. Applicant referrals from employees are one of the best ways we can recruit top talent because your referral is a positive first step for potential candidates.

Referring a friend for one of our hard-to-fill positions is simple, just go online to SAP SuccessFactors to make your referral. A job aid is available on Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) to walk you through the process. You can also access the job aid by going to CSOD and searching for SAP: Referral Tracking.

So How Does the Program Work?

• You refer an external applicant for a Referral Rewards-designated position, either through SAP SuccessFactors or using the form on the Referral Rewards hub. You'll also find on the hub a list of qualifying positions and the bonus amounts for each.
• The applicant identifies you as the referral source to the HR recruiter.
• If the applicant is hired for that position, you will receive a bonus based on the position.
• Bonuses are paid in full after the referred employee has completed 90 days of employment.
