Employee Giving Campaign Coming Soon

Mark your calendars for October for the annual Carilion Cares, I Care campaign! As employees, you are invited to support the programs and departments that mean the most to you. What began as support for the Employee Emergency Fund has grown to benefit over 60 Foundation funds supporting our patients, hospitals, and employees.

Since 2013, your generosity has helped raise over $3 million—directly benefiting Carilion causes. 100% of your contribution goes to the fund(s) you choose.

How To Give

• Payroll Deduction: Make a payroll deduction gift or pledge to support the fund(s) of your choosing. View the instructions for making a gift through payroll deduction.
  • Please note: Due to the Workday transition that occurred last year, the payroll deduction process has changed. Be sure to follow the instructions if you plan to make a payroll deduction gift.
  • Credit Card: Make a one-time gift with a credit card to the Carilion Clinic Foundation.
• Check: Gifts made by check should be made out to the Carilion Clinic Foundation and sent to 903 S. Jefferson Street, Roanoke, VA 24016.

Your gift, in any amount, improves the health of the communities we serve.

This year's t-shirt!

• Donate $52+ ($2 per pay period) to receive a long sleeve Carilion Cares t-shirt (while supplies last)!
• If you make a voluntary deduction through Workday, we will contact you about your choice of size from small to 4XL.
• This year's t-shirt celebrates Carilion Clinic's impact in communities across Southwest Virginia. Gold stars on the state map mark the locations of our health system's 5 hospitals.
