Why Take the Survey?

• We want to know about your experience and how we're doing. It’s one of our organization’s top priorities!
   
• It is your chance to share valuable insight on your work environment, our safety culture, your well-being needs, diversity and inclusion efforts and nursing excellence (nurses only).
   
• Your input helps us make critical decisions to improve.
   
• The survey provides important data needed to support our leaders in balancing your needs with those of the organization.
   
•  It’s brief and will only take 10 - 15 minutes to complete. 
   
• The survey is voluntary and confidential; managers will not be able to see your individual responses.
