No matter your age or fitness ability, our trainers can help you find your strength at Carilion Wellness.

Did you know that we offer more than 300 in-person and virtual classes per week? Have you tried water aerobics in our indoor pool, or our indoor pickleball courts (new courts coming to Roanoke soon)?

To celebrate the new year, become a member at our Botetourt or Roanoke Wellness locations by Jan. 31 and pay no initiation fee.

As always, Carilion employees receive 40% off monthly dues. Additional perks include:

  • Free child care for children eight weeks and older
  • Free towel service at both locations
