Carilion Family Medicine—Plantation Road in Blacksburg Celebrates Renovations
Carilion Family Medicine—Plantation Road in Blacksburg celebrated completed renovations with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, July 25.
The family medicine practice, which opened in 1998, added 12 patient exam rooms and welcomed four new providers to the team. Those new providers are Peter Hartung, DO, Desiree Inman, DO, Christopher Partovi, DO, and Elizabeth Vass, DO.
Renovations began in winter 2024, and the practice remained open to patients throughout the project.
“These renovations allow us to offer enhanced patient care, increased appointment availability and a more efficient experience,” said Michael Jeremiah, MD, chair of Family and Community Medicine. “We are so excited to welcome new patients into our upgraded space.”
The practice, which opened in 1998, has completed significant renovations.
The 3500 square foot space now includes 12 patient exams rooms and four physician offices.
