All the Resources You Need for Working With Microsoft Teams
Virtual meetings are an important part of our “new normal.” As we continue to use Microsoft Teams for virtual meetings and collaboration, you are probably discovering that Teams has an abundance of features to help make your workday more productive.
There are many resources available to help you learn more about Teams meetings. Here are just a few that we recommend you keep on hand:

What’s in the Playlist?
The playlist offers videos, job aids and articles to help you organize, manage and join virtual Teams meetings, including:
- How to schedule and attend meetings in Microsoft Teams
- Set up and attend live events
- How to run an effective Teams meeting
- How to remove Teams info from a calendar invite for in-person meetings
Follow the playlist to return to it later and receive notifications when new items are added. To follow, open the playlist and click Follow in the upper-right corner of the page. To access the playlist after you follow it, log in to CSOD, go to Learning, select Playlists, and click Followed to display your playlists.
