Wagmo Wellness offers three comprehensive wellness plans for you to choose from. They offer a Value Plan, Classic Plan, and Deluxe Plan and each offers different monthly pricing and reimbursement amounts. 

You have the flexibility to enroll any time of the year, regardless of employment status. Plans require a 12-month agreement.

Wagmo Wellness Pet Insurance covers: 

  • Routine exams 

  • Vaccinations  

  • Routine bloodwork 

  • Grooming, and much more.   

Once enrolled, you can get reimbursed for everyday pet care.  

  • Claims are reimbursed within 24 hours via Venmo, PayPal, or bank transfer. 

  • All dogs and cats are eligible with no restrictions around age, breed, or pre-existing conditions.  

  • There is 24/ virtual pet support which connects you with a vet tech to discuss your pet’s well-being.  

  • Plans require a 12-month agreement.

To get a quote and enroll in Wagmo Wellness Pet Insurance, visit their website or download the Wagmo mobile app on your device and create an account.  

The premiums are based on pet breed, age, and location.  

You will have the option to choose between three plans offered. Premium payments are paid directly through the vendor. 

Enrollment in pet insurance is offered all year long and is offered to any Carilion employee, regardless of employment status.

Step 1: Download the Wagmo pet insurance app on your mobile device and create an account.  

Step 2: Visit any licensed veterinarian or service provider in the U.S. 

Step 3: Go to your dashboard and select “make a claim”. 

Step 4: Upload a photo or document of your bill. 

Note: After submitting your claim, you will receive a confirmation email from Wagmo with your claim number. You can monitor the status of your claim through your claims dashboard. Wellness claims are usually processed within 24 hours. 

Tips for Faster Reimbursement 

  • Make sure your service provider is listed on the invoice. 

  • The date and time of your appointment should be included on the invoice. 

  • The total cost of the services provided, including tax, and proof of payment need to be included.
