The Quarter Century Society (QCS) was formed in 1999 to recognize and honor employees who achieve 25 years or more of continuous service with Carilion Clinic. The Society is made up of more than 900 employees throughout the organization. Members receive special recognition when they first achieve membership into the Society and at a recognition event hosted once a year.
About the Quarter Century Society
Employees who have been employed for 25 continuous years automatically achieve recognition into the QCS. A congratulatory letter is sent to their home and emails announcing their recognition into the QCS are sent to their manager. When an employee achieves recognition into the QCS, they will receive a framed certificate indicating that they are a member. The framed certificate will be mailed directly to the employees' homes. In addition, employees will receive a gift for 25 years of service. Employees will receive an email from Robertson Marketing on the day of their anniversary that will include a link to the online catalog.
