Tracking

You are responsible for tracking the education you attend and credit received as part of the annual performance management process. Workday is used for not only formal classes, but also for external training. This is any learning opportunity that wouldn't normally be recorded in Workday. For example, outside conferences, independent learning and brief department inservices would be added by you. Your Workday transcript can also be used to document department meetings, certifications and presentations given. Details on how and what to add to your transcript can be found in the Job Aid titled "How to Add External Training to Your Workday Transcript."
